Xbox 360 slim vs ps3 slim?

I got 700 bucks to spend. Should i spend my money on a xbox 360 slim or ps3 slim? I know a lot of friends that i know that owns a xbox 360, but not many with ps3. I don't want to pay for xbox live its to much money, but you don't have to pay for ps3. I want to play fable 3 and forza 4 on xbox, but you can't play it on ps3. The ps3 is a blu-ray player too. So many cons and pros i don't know which console to choose. I will be spending a lot of money on xbox with batteries and xbox live. I will speng less money on the ps3, but i don't like the exclusives they have, don't have many friends have this console, and i have to buy a headset....so which one
