SKIPPING!!!Skipping through rope would help you!!I'm aperson who does it daily...I take almost 500 skips at a time...100 of them in a stretch each..this would tone your thigh muscles!!and your belly....lower or upper!! Take in food rich in protein every day..helps in building lean muscles...brings yu the result fast!But as skipping doesn't work with the arm muscles...continue with your weights!!
