What upcoming games should I get?

I know all the games coming out. I basically have it narrowed down to two games but I would like your opinion. I will be getting the Gears of War 3 Epic Edition, Assassins Creed Revelations Limited Animus Edition, Mass Effect 3 N7 Collectors Edition, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, BioShock: Infinite, Halo 4, Fable: The Journey. I'm stuck between The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. If you think I should replace some of the games or keep some or anything please comment.
