How improvise guitar solos ?

Well G&R solo lines borrowed from blues rock riffs so you're probably not too far from that style. Your best bet is to learn solos from other genres outside of blues and then try to incorporate those riffs into your soloing. Just the same, Floyd is a category onto themselves. Unless the songs your band is playing are originals that sound along those lines, you're probably not going to sound Floyd-ish.
