A good RPG: similar to elder scrolls or fable.?

The Witcher because it's deep with many options and The Witcher II because it has everything that made the original game special and more (one of few sequels that is actually better than the original game, not something you see frequently nowadays). Also Mass Effect 2 (awesome game) and maybe Dungeon Siege III (not as good as the first two games but still worth your while)
