Will Fable 3 (PC Game) run on a laptop with Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family (1295MB) video?
Sorry, the problem is probably your video card. And unfortunately, you won't be able to replace the video card on a laptop. If you have a desktop computer, you could install a card easily for just $20 or so.
